An Evaluation of Nautilus Inventor and Founder Arthur Jones’ Contributions to Exercise by Ken Hutchins Ebook

Regular price $29.00

For several months, I have heard Drew Baye and others speak of the confusion sometimes caused by an unwarranted allegiance to the teachings of Arthur Jones. Arthur certainly raised the caliber of this place we live I call exercise land, but he also left us with more than a few misconceptions.

Although I may draw the disapproval of a few friends in the Nautilus following, I try to render a fair and balanced assessment of Arthur’s genius. He truly made some important contributions and he—like all of us do—made some mistakes.

Topics Covered

  • What was the quality of the work in exercise by Arthur Jones?
  • How scientifically accurate were the Jones exercise concepts?
  • How biomechanically correct were the vintage Nautilus machines?
  • Spread amongst four categories, Ken Hutchins evaluates over 120 entries with 180 photographs
